S.M. Neider Mortgage Consultants, Inc. was formed in February 1992 for the sole purpose of originating residential and commercial loans. Our main office is located at 4615 Southwest Freeway #817 (at Newcastle) .  Our President, Sharon M. Neider, has been in the mortgage industry since January 1985.
